With over 20 years collective experience working for boutique and leading tier construction firms in the Sydney Market delivering projects across numerous building sectors and classes, the seasoned team at the helm of Ghafcon stands poised to tackle projects of all natures, sizes and complexities. By leveraging our technical capabilities, knowledge of the built environment and extensive network of trades, suppliers and consultants, we are able to ensure the seamless management and coordination of the construction life cycle and thus achieve the highest quality outcomes for our project stakeholders.
Having worked directly for and in collaboration with noteable strata and insurance building companies to deliver numerous remedial, restoration, maintenance and repair projects, we are well versed in the time sensitive nature of turning these works around and the cruciality of clear and open communication in effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring minimal disruptions to owners throughout the process.
On the other hand, we have first hand experience on the builders side, delivering high rise high end mixed use apartment complexes ranging from 4 storeys to as high as 22 levels, industrial warehouses, duplexes, new single & two storey dwellings, renovations, fit outs and the like. So we know very well how to navigate and handle the practical realities of construction on a large scale. Particularly the pressures of tight knit programmes and budget coupled with the complexity of design and trade coordination.
